Welcome to my blog! The reasons that prompted me to start this blog are my personal need to share my human experience which is both so common at its base and so unique to each of us and the sense of contribution that was born in me many years ago. My specialization, my studies and my passion are psychotherapy and personal development, and it is on these two pillars that all the content of this blog is based. I want to give you insights from the fields I study that form the basis of my services (psychology, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, coaching, interpersonal relationships, goal setting in life, ontology, ethics, family therapy, etc.) in the simplest way possible and filtered, so that they are directly applicable to your daily life. I don't believe that the ideas I write about are the absolute truth, besides if I believed it, I would be spiritually dead, I believe that the truth within us is constantly being reshaped. They are the ideas that have helped me on my personal journey of healing and growth and have contributed significantly to the growth of the people who trust me with their mental health and personal growth and clearly have been tested over the years by hundreds of researchers, psychologists and therapists, so you will often find the resources to exercise your right to cross reference the information and also to develop your "inner" library!
